Mandy Palin

With more than three decades of experience in the insurance industry, Mandy began her career as a Personal Assistant to the CEO at Norman Butcher and Jones Ltd before eventually advancing to become an Account Handler.

In September 2000, she joined Citynet where she worked as an Account Handler, managing work for both the Irish and UK departments. As a result of Brexit in 2019, Optis Insurance established a new branch in London and Mandy transitioned to their team, focusing on Irish-based business.

Currently serving as Deputy Account Manager, Mandy supports the Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Property and Casualty business across the Trim office in Ireland and London. In her free time, Mandy enjoys playing darts, traveling, and social networking.
