Kaylie became an Account Handler at Optis Insurance’s London office in 2019, after spending 12 years at Citynet, where she was appointed as a Client Services Manager in 2015.

During her leisure time, Kaylie relishes spending time with her lovely family and embarking on trips whenever feasible.
