Emer joined the Optis Insurance team in 2021 as an Account Handler. Following her dedication and work ethic, she progressed through to a Senior Account Handler in 2022. Emer oversees the day-to-day operations of the London Market Retention Team based in our Trim office.
Emer studied English & Philosophy at UCD before pursuing a career in insurance and gaining her professional Certificate in Insurance Practice.
Prior to Optis, Emer began her career in insurance with Zurich Insurance, where she held the role of a Market Facing Underwriter before progressing through to Senior Agent for the Direct Retention Team.
