Danielle Hudson

Danielle is a Trading Underwriter working with the Optis Ireland MGA team, who specialises in Casualty and Property Insurance.

She joined Optis Insurance in 2020 initially filling an Accounts Administrator role, and six months later, became an Account Handler for the MGA. From here, Danielle gained her Certificate in Insurance Practice, and an interest in Commercial Insurance led to her current role. Danielle has a well-rounded knowledge of the business, having had various roles in Optis, but her day-to-day responsibilities mainly include handling both New Business and Renewals under the Pub & Restaurant and B&B schemes.

Prior to working with Optis, Danielle studied at Trinity College Dublin and spent a year travelling around Australia. In her spare time, she enjoys visiting new places.
