In February 2021, Carmel Moynagh became a member of the Optis Insurance team. She entered the insurance industry in 1996, where she spent 17 years working for Quinn-Direct Insurance.

Following a hiatus from the field, Carmel now serves as an Assistant Underwriter for Commercial Combined and Motor Fleet DUAs. When she’s not at work, she enjoys taking long nature walks, dancing, and spending quality time with loved ones.

Sinead started her insurance underwriting career in 2001 at Quinn Insurance in Ireland and the UK. After 9 years there, she moved to another UK company before joining Citynet Insurance Brokers in 2014. Following PIB’s acquisition of Citynet, she transitioned to Optis Insurance.

With more than 20 years of experience and expertise in Property and Liability underwriting in both Ireland and the UK, Sinead brings a wealth of knowledge to her role.

When she’s not working, Sinead enjoys travelling, cooking, and spending time with her family.
