Starting in 1997, Sacha kicked off his career as an account handler at JLT. He later transitioned to Perry Gamble & Co in 1998, where he served as a new business producer. Following this, he held several positions at Byas Mosley UK Ltd, Stafford Knight & Towergate before becoming part of the team at Citynet in 2002. In 2004, Sacha advanced his career at Arthur J Gallagher (UK) Ltd, where he served as Divisional Director, and later in 2008, he took on the same role at HBA Ltd. Sacha then rejoined Citynet in 2013, where he was appointed to the board.

Fast forward to 2020, Sacha accepted the position of Account Executive at Optis Insurance, located in their London Office.

Anthony started his career as an account executive for Optis Insurance at their London office in 2020. Before joining Optis, he held the same position at Citynet Insurance Brokers, where he worked his way up to become a director before the company was acquired by PIB. Prior to Citynet, Anthony placed business into the Lloyds and London company market as an account executive for two other Lloyds brokers. He began his insurance career in his hometown working for JLT and was later invited to join their London team.

During his leisure time, Anthony enjoys spending quality time with his family, exploring new travel destinations, playing golf, watching various sports, and driving his classic Ford Mustang.

Gerard began working at Optis Insurance as an Account Executive in the London Office in 2020. Prior to this, he had worked as a Director at Citynet Insurance Brokers since 2002. With over 40 years of experience in the insurance industry, Gerard has held various positions at Kininmonth Ltd, McDonagh, Boland Crotty MacRedmond (Aon), and Coyle Hamilton (Willis) in both Dublin and London.

He started his career in retail in Dublin before moving to London to focus on wholesaling, leveraging his extensive cross-channel relationships.

In his free time, Gerard enjoys travelling and all sports, particularly his beloved Manchester United.
