Jonny began his new role at Optis Insurance in August 2024, bringing over a decade of experience in the insurance industry. His career began in Personal Lines insurance before transitioning into Commercial Lines, where he has since developed extensive expertise. Jonny has significant experience in the Irish Property & Casualty market, having worked with CFM Group in Ireland. Outside of work, John enjoys socialising, staying active at the gym, traveling, and exploring new dining experiences.

Tom began his career in insurance in 2008, working for Hiscox as part of their operations team. After gaining valuable experience, he transitioned to Citynet in 2014, where he took on the role of account handler. In 2020, Tom joined Optis insurance in the London office.

Outside of his professional life, Tom enjoys spending time with friends, traveling to new places, and is an avid fan of both football and American football.

Emer joined the Optis Insurance team in 2021 as an Account Handler. Following her dedication and work ethic she assumed the responsibilities of Senior Account Handler in 2022, before progressing through to Administration Manager in 2024. Emer oversees the day-to-day operations of the London Market retention & new business administration team based in our Trim office.

Emer studied English & Philosophy at UCD before pursuing a career in insurance and gaining her professional Certificate in Insurance Practice.

Prior to Optis, Emer began her career in insurance with Zurich Insurance, where she held the role of a Market Facing Underwriter before progressing through to Senior Agent for the Direct retention team.

In October 2021, Alex joined Optis Insurance’s New Business team as a Technician. He quickly progressed to an Account Handler, where he collaborated with account executives to manage Property and Casualty risks, working closely with producing brokers and underwriters. By July 2024, his outstanding performance earned him a promotion to Account Executive.

Beyond his work responsibilities, Alex finds enjoyment in social networking, playing football and golf, and traveling.

Kaylie became an Account Handler at Optis Insurance’s London office in 2020, after spending 12 years at Citynet, where she was appointed as a Client Services Manager in 2015.

During her leisure time, Kaylie relishes spending time with her lovely family and embarking on trips whenever feasible.

With more than three decades of experience in the insurance industry, Mandy began her career as a Personal Assistant to the CEO at Norman Butcher and Jones Ltd before eventually advancing to become an Account Handler.

In September 2000, she joined Citynet where she worked as an Account Handler, managing work for both the Irish and UK departments. As a result of Brexit in 2020, Optis Insurance established a new branch in London and Mandy transitioned to their team, focusing on Irish-based business.

Currently serving as Deputy Account Manager, Mandy supports the Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Property and Casualty business across the Trim office in Ireland and London. In her free time, Mandy enjoys playing darts, traveling, and social networking.

n 2021, Coady became an Account Handler/Broker at Optis Insurance’s London office. Before this, he worked as a Trainee Insurance Broker for a retail broker after finishing his A levels.

In January 2022, Alice became a member of the Optis Insurance team. Initially employed as an Account Handler, she advanced to the position of Account Executive during the summer of that year.

Alice possesses nearly nine years of experience in the insurance industry, commencing her professional journey in the International Private Medical field and later transitioning to Travel Insurance.

During her leisure hours, Alice indulges in globe-trotting, spending time with loved ones, and relishing delectable cuisine.

In 2020, Danny became an Account Executive at Optis insurance in the London office. Prior to joining Optis, he had accumulated over a decade of experience in the insurance industry. Danny began his career at Norwich Union in 2006, where he worked as an assistant underwriter specializing in the leisure industry.

In 2008, he moved into his first broking role with Bluefin, where he focused on the not-for-profit sector. Before joining Citynet in 2016, Danny worked for various brokers and even spent some time as an antique dealer.

When he’s not working, Danny enjoys following his favorite football team, Tottenham Hotspur, as well as playing sports, attending festivals, and socialising with friends.

Starting in 1997, Sacha kicked off his career as an account handler at JLT. He later transitioned to Perry Gamble & Co in 1998, where he served as a new business producer. Following this, he held several positions at Byas Mosley UK Ltd, Stafford Knight & Towergate before becoming part of the team at Citynet in 2002. In 2004, Sacha advanced his career at Arthur J Gallagher (UK) Ltd, where he served as Divisional Director, and later in 2008, he took on the same role at HBA Ltd. Sacha then rejoined Citynet in 2013, where he was appointed to the board.

Fast forward to 2020, Sacha accepted the position of Account Executive at Optis Insurance, located in their London Office.
